Depending on when the conference ends, transfer to Beaune by private chauffeur-driven car.
Check-in at the 3-star Hostellerie de la Bretonnière in downtown Beaune.

Guided tour of the Hôtel-Dieu – Hospices Civils de Beaune (1–1.5 hours).
Discover the Hôtel-Dieu of the Hospices Civils de Beaune, a hospital founded in 1443 by Nicolas Rolin, chancellor to the Dukes of Burgundy, and his third wife, Guigone de Salins. A charitable institution entrusted to the care of the Ladies of Charity, this “palace for the poor” was dedicated to the homeless and the destitute; it remained in operation until 1971. Known for its polychrome glazed terracotta roofs, the Hôtel-Dieu is a landmark of hospital history, featuring Rogier van der Weyden’s “Last Judgment” polyptych, its treatment rooms, kitchen, apothecary, and collections of furniture and art objects.
The tour continues with a visit to the city center.

Guided tour: The Dukes of Burgundy and Their Palace, led by Philip the Good (45 min)
Let Philip the Good himself guide you, dressed in period costume, as he recounts the extraordinary lives of the Dukes of Valois of Burgundy. His guided tour will immerse you in 15th-century Dijon through the monuments built during the Duchy’s era. Follow him through the labyrinthine halls of the ducal palace and discover, within the prestigious Museum of Fine Arts, the rooms once dedicated to the splendor of the Dukes who made Burgundy great!
11:00 AM: Guided tour and tasting at a truffle farm
Starting point of the Truffle Route in Côte d'Or, enjoy a Remarkable Experience up close with truffles as you follow Nicolas and Taïga through the grounds for a truffle-hunting demonstration. Followed by a tasting of truffle products.
