J3 : VIENNE - TOURNON
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Tournon-sur-Rhône.

Minute Tablette: Discover the secrets of chocolate-making during this fun and creative workshop. You’ll learn how to temper, mold, and decorate a chocolate bar just the way you like it. Choose your ingredients from a delicious selection—pistachios, crunchy pearls, almonds—and customize your bar like a real chocolatier.

2-hour tasting course at the Chapoutier School on the theme “Tour de France of Wines.”
Compete in a blind tasting of 5 wines from France’s wine regions. Terroirs, aromas, and grape varieties will put you on the path to victory.

J4 : TAIN L’HERMITAGE
Breakfast at the hotel.
A tour on the little train through the vineyards of Tain, including a tasting stop. Aboard the Petit Train, you’ll tour Tain l’Hermitage and explore the hillside and its famous vineyards in a unique way that will delight both children and adults alike. During this ride, you’ll enjoy a stop in the heart of the vineyards for an exceptional tasting! Sommelier Fabien Louis from “Terrasses du Rhône” will offer a tasting of 1 white wine and 2 red wines (1 IGP and 2 AOP), accompanied by small pieces of charcuterie, cheese, and bread. Artisanal fruit juices will delight those who do not drink wine.

Tour and tasting at the Caves de Tain. Would you like to learn the steps of wine tasting and put into words what you smell and feel? This session is for you! → Tasting of 5 wines. → The class will be held with a minimum of 8 participants. Maximum of 15 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel the event if there are not enough participants. → At the end of the session, a final glass of wine is served along with some local specialties or other appetizers. → This workshop can be arranged on other dates for a group of 8 to 15 people at our location or at your home.
